TWIN OAKS Cabin is adjacent to River Oak Cabin. It is a perfect getaway for two people. This cabin is equipped with kitchen, bath, Queen Bed, Loveseat, Table for 2, and TV. Just outside you'll enjoy your own covered deck with BBQ and Patio Table overlooking the Kaweah River.

LIVE OAK Cabin offers a large sleeping/living room area with Queen Bed, Double Futon, Easy Chair, TV, and Dining Table. It has a fully equipped kitchen and bath. Outside you'll enjoy a Deck with BBQ and Shaded Patio Table overlooking the Kaweah River. This cabin sleeps four people, a fifth person (child with sleeping bag) could be considered.

KAWEAH CABIN is our largest, with three bedrooms and one bath. A large living room with bay window overlooking the Kaweah River and scenic foothills view captures your attention as you enter. One bedroom has a Queen Bed and a Double Bed, one bedroom has a Queen Bed and a Double Futon, one bedroom as a Queen Futon and a small youth bed. The living room also has a Double Futon, Two Easy Chairs, Game Table, and Television. The dining area offers a Dining Table for Six. Outside, enjoy your own Deck with BBQ and Patio Table, plus the large grass yard also sports a Picnic Table. All is overlooking the Kaweah River with the foothills rising to meet the mountains beyond. This cabin will sleep two to ten people.

All RIVERSIDE CABINS must be left clean and in order. 

• Bed linens are to be stripped and left in bathtub with used towels.

• Bedspreads, Comforters, Blankets are to be folded and left with pillows on beds. 

• Kitchen must be left clean with all dishes washed and put away in the place where you found them. 

• BBQ must be left clean. 

• All trash must be bagged (bags provided) and left in kitchen for removal.

• Additional cleaning charges of $75.00 to $150.00 will be charged for units not left clean.

• All our units are non-smoking and NO pets allowed with no exceptions.

• Please respect the privacy of others. No loud music and No loud parties. Guests not adhering to this requirement will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.

• There are no exceptions to the number of people allowed in each unit. If you bring more people than agreed to at booking, you will be asked to leave without any refund.
